Delivery and returns
Delivery to the US and the EU is $6.95, or free over $49. It is $11.95 to the UK and $19.95 to Canada. Within the EU, Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Mayotte, Saint-Martin and Åland have their own rates, shown at checkout. Each product page shows the delivery time for your country. Unused, uncut stems can go back within 30 days.

Delivery times
Each product page and the checkout show the estimated delivery time for your country. Estimates are not guaranteed dates. Allow extra time around holidays, and for customs clearance outside the US.
Unpacking your stems
Longer stems may arrive gently folded along their wire core. Straighten each stem and give each branch a moment to find its shape.
Addresses and customs
Use a full street address: PO boxes and package lockers aren't supported. Outside the US, import duties, clearance charges and any taxes not charged at checkout may be due on arrival. The carrier or the local authority collects them, and they aren't included in the checkout total.
If a package is taking longer
If your order page links to tracking, check it for an attempted delivery or a collection notice first. If nothing has moved for a week, contact us with your order number.
Returns within 30 days
Try the stems in your vase before you bend or cut them for good. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused, uncut stems in their original packaging. Complete bundles and bouquets go back together. Cut stems and incomplete bouquets can't be returned. Start a return
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by you, unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect. Pack all stems from the bundle together and keep the protective packaging so they travel back safely. Don't send anything until we've confirmed the return address.
Refunds
We check each returned package before we refund it. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.
Damaged on arrival
Keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Please don't throw anything away until we've agreed on the next steps.
