0130 days from delivery
Request a return within 30 days of delivery with the return form, or contact us with your order number.
02What can go back
Unused, uncut stems in their original packaging. Complete bundles and bouquets go back together. Cut stems and incomplete bouquets can't be accepted.
03Sending it back
Pack all stems from the bundle together. Wait until we've confirmed the return address before you send anything. Return shipping is paid by you, unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.
04Your refund
We check the package before we refund it. The refund goes back to your original payment method, and banks can take a few more days to show it.
