What our product details mean, how prices are set, and how delivery and returns work.
01The collection
Stem lengths are for the uncut stem. Styled widths are approximate, because every stem can be shaped. Photos show a styled arrangement. Vases aren't included, and the stem count you choose decides what you receive. Botanical silk is a fine synthetic fabric, not natural silk.
02Prices and your selection
Prices are in US dollars and include VAT or GST wherever we charge it, such as for addresses in the UK and most of the EU. The stem length and stem count change the price, and delivery costs are shown before you place your order. Import duties outside the US aren't included.
03Delivery and care
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. The botanicals are made for indoor display, away from direct heat and prolonged sun.
04Returns
You can return unused, uncut products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Complete bouquet sets go back together. Return shipping is paid by you, except for damaged or incorrect items. The full process is on delivery and returns.
