The Boxwood Wall Panel is a single square of artificial greenery made for covering walls, fences, backdrops and bare corners. Each panel measures about 20 x 20 in (50 x 50 cm) and arrives as one panel, so you can order as many as your space needs.
The leaves are PVC, set on a plastic grid backing. The look is dense small boxwood leaves with larger accent leaves worked through, so the surface reads full rather than flat. Because the backing is a grid, the panel holds its shape and can be trimmed with household scissors to fit around outlets, posts or window frames.
Six styles are available. Each one uses the same boxwood base and adds a different mix of leaves and accents.
| Style | Look |
|---|---|
| 3F | Boxwood with broad green leaves and red flowers |
| 3J | Boxwood with fern fronds and purple leaves |
| 3C | Boxwood with striped star leaves and red berries |
| 3N | Boxwood with ferns, yellow grass and purple leaves |
| 6C | Mixed green foliage with yellow flowers and ferns |
| 6B | Mixed green foliage with purple and silver leaves |
If you want a single, even green, choose 3F or 3C. If you want more color and texture, 3N, 6C and 6B bring in yellow, purple and silver tones that read well against plain walls.
The panel suits indoor walls, covered patios, porches, event backdrops, photo walls and party setups. It also works as a short-term cover for fences, railings and plain concrete. Because the material is PVC on a plastic grid, it is fine in outdoor areas, though a covered spot will keep it looking newer for longer.
To build a larger surface, line panels up edge to edge and fasten them to a wall, wood frame or trellis. Most people use staples, nails, zip ties or outdoor tape, depending on the surface. For a rental or a temporary setup, zip ties through the grid are the easiest option because they leave no marks.
You can also cut panels down. Trim along the grid lines for a clean edge, or cut around the leaves for a softer, more natural border. Offcuts can be used to fill small gaps or to line a planter.
A single panel covers a small area. For a full wall, plan on several panels and stagger the seams so the joins are less visible. Turn every other panel a quarter turn if you want the leaf pattern to look less repetitive.
To soften a hard edge, let a few leaves hang past the frame or trim. You can also bend the grid slightly to follow a curve, which helps on pillars and rounded corners. If you want a fuller look, layer a second row of panels behind the first and offset them by a few inches.
Wipe the leaves and the grid with a damp cloth. For outdoor panels, a quick wipe every few weeks keeps dust and pollen from dulling the color. Do not soak the panel or use harsh cleaners. If the panel gets wet from rain, let it air dry in place.
Store panels flat or stacked when not in use. Keep them out of direct sun for long periods if you plan to reuse them, since strong sun can fade the color over time.
Each panel is about 20 x 20 in (50 x 50 cm). That covers a little under 3 square feet per panel, so a full wall usually takes several.
One panel per pack. Order the number you need for your wall or backdrop, plus a spare if you plan to trim around outlets or posts.
Yes. The PVC leaves and plastic grid work on covered patios, porches and fences. A covered spot helps the color last longer.
Wipe it with a damp cloth. Do not soak it or use harsh cleaners, and let it air dry if it gets rained on.
